Flavors include: Apple, Peach, Rhubarb, Rhubarb Strawberry, Rhubarb Raspberry, Blueberry, Blackberry, Bumbleberry, Cherry, and other flavors as the pie baker is inspired. We use both crumble topping, as well as pastry. We make our pastry with lard and Organic white flour and all our fillings are made here at the bakery.
